Company funded uniform

At Mount Pleasant Stables you are required to wear a uniform to undergo your role. You will receive one set of uniform after appointed.

Employee of the month

Each home operates employee of the month which is decided by the Manager and Team Leaders based on achievement, commitment, sickness levels and performance. Employee of the month will receive a £25 voucher of their choice.

Additional Information

Picking up shifts, if you pick up a last minute shift over your contractual hours you shall be receive an additional sum to show our appreciation of your help.

DBS costs are paid for by Awelon Health Care.
